There is no purchase, donation or marketing subscription requirement. A request is pending until approved; entering an address alone does not verify it. Who may request access The online request form accepts an email address whose domain ends in .edu, including a university subdomain. Jersey Publishers must verify that you control the exact mailbox before approving access. A .edu mailbox does not establish a degree, current enrollment, academic appointment, professional credential, peer review or institutional endorsement. The program welcomes students, professors and other eligible mailbox owners without making those claims. Many legitimate universities use other domains. Contact info@jerseypublishers.com (mailto:info@jerseypublishers.com?subject=Jasmonate%20academic%20access%20eligibility) from your institutional address to request a manual eligibility review. The absence of .edu does not make a university or researcher invalid. How mailbox verification works Verification is manual at launch. The request form supplies a request reference, a time-limited verification challenge and a message to send to info@jerseypublishers.com. Send it from the exact address on the request. We review mailbox ownership and request status; if approved, a private academic access key is provided to the verified address. An unsent email draft, a forwarded message, a copied challenge or a typed email does not establish ownership. No automatic confirmation email or instant approval is promised. Do not provide university passwords, identity documents or health records. We may decline or revoke requests involving impersonation, unauthorised access, reselling, key sharing or abuse. If you think a decision is mistaken, contact us from the address used for the request. The program does not display your name, address or university publicly without a separate permission. What is included Approved access includes the current original Jersey Publishers Jasmonate digital learning inventory, its complete product files and individual assets, the thank-you note and private browser downloads. Future original Jasmonate digital learning additions enter your inventory while the program operates. The public journal, calculator, molecule explorer and other public learning tools remain available without an academic account. These rights do not include chemicals, physical products, consulting, clinical services, third-party journal subscriptions, copyrighted papers owned by others or a guarantee of future products. Third-party studies, databases and source materials retain their own licenses and access conditions. A link to a paper does not transfer its copyright or bypass a paywall. Lifetime access and local copies Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the Jasmonate digital inventory program. Academic access has no recurring fee, no renewal payment and no promised number, schedule or monetary value of future additions. Graduation alone does not end an approved grant, and no annual mailbox reverification is required. It does not guarantee perpetual hosting, unchanged technology or future third-party platform availability. Keep local copies of the licensed files you want to retain. Downloaded original files remain usable under this academic license after the program ends. If we discontinue the program or materially change its scope, we will publish notice on the site and, where practicable, contact approved users. Previously downloaded original files retain the academic permissions granted when downloaded. This program is separate from the planned free iOS application; it does not promise an iOS release date or Apple approval. Your academic permissions Jersey Publishers grants approved users a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use its original inventory materials for personal study, noncommercial teaching and academic research. With attribution, you may: Do not sell or sublicense the inventory, publish a public mirror of the complete files, remove source credits, share an access key or present the materials as your own uncredited original work. A publication containing your own research and properly attributed extracts is permitted; it must not function as a substitute public distribution of the inventory. Contact us for commercial reuse or broader redistribution permissions. Access has no fixed download count limit, though reasonable security rate limits may temporarily apply. Attribution and responsible citations Credit Jasmonate.com when you use an original explanation, guide, worksheet, visual, data compilation or software output in your academic work. Identify the specific asset or page, Jersey Publishers LLC or its stated author, version or date, and its URL where your citation format permits. Label adaptations clearly. Use the citation desk (https://jasmonate.com/cite) to prepare a starting citation and check it against the requirements of your institution or journal. Example attribution: “Adapted from Jasmonate.com, Jersey Publishers LLC, [asset title], [version or date], [asset URL].” Attribution does not require an irrelevant citation in every paper you write, a promotional backlink, a favorable review or a statement that Jasmonate.com is peer reviewed. If a scientific claim comes from an original journal paper, cite that paper directly. Cite Jasmonate.com only for the contribution you actually used. Do not imply that access means Jersey Publishers or any university endorses your research. Educational scope and scientific limits The site and inventory are independent educational publishing. They are not peer-reviewed journals, clinical instructions, medical advice or guarantees of experimental, horticultural or therapeutic outcomes. Preclinical findings about jasmonates do not establish cancer prevention, treatment benefit or safety in people. Follow institutional supervision, source methods, safety rules and applicable laws for any real research. You are responsible for decisions made using educational information, subject to the legal rights and limits below. Access keys, privacy and support Keep the approved key private and reopen browser access with the matching verified address. Do not send the key in publicly visible support messages. An essential browser session lasts up to 30 days and may be reopened with a valid grant. Signing out removes this browser’s session; it does not cancel an approved grant. If you lose access to the original mailbox or key, contact support for a manual recovery review. A new address is not automatically substituted and recovery requires suitable evidence of the existing grant. Essential access records support eligibility, verification, security and private downloads. Requesting access does not subscribe you to research letters or marketing.
