Lifetime Research Desk membership terms

The Jasmonate Lifetime Research Desk has three entry prices in USD, each charged once plus applicable checkout taxes. Founders: the first 15 paid memberships at $99.99 each. Builders: the next 35 paid memberships at $250 each. Retail: $749.99 each thereafter. Every stage provides the same lifetime access and update scope described below, with no recurring subscription. Checkout confirms the current offer and availability. Cohort sizes are not live numbers remaining. Free verified .edu academic grants are separate and do not consume places in paid cohorts.

Jasmonate selects the lowest available paid tier when you open checkout from this site. Checkout may also let you choose a higher-priced tier early; that choice provides the same access and does not upgrade the benefits. The 15 and 35 limits apply to purchases in their respective tiers. Always confirm your selected tier and final price before paying.

What the purchase includes

All nine current paid Jersey Publishers Jasmonate digital learning products, the Support the Page thank-you note, the current inventory ZIP and private individual member downloads. Unlimited access includes every current and future original Jersey Publishers Jasmonate digital research product line and every published update while Jersey Publishers owns Jasmonate.com. There is no renewal, per-file or per-update fee. This is an educational publishing membership; it does not provide chemicals, physical goods, consulting, paid third-party journal access or clinical services.

What lifetime means

The lifetime access and unlimited-update commitment lasts for as long as Jersey Publishers owns Jasmonate.com. It does not guarantee that the website, a payment service or a third-party platform will operate forever. Keep local copies of the files you want to retain. Downloaded files remain usable under their personal and internal educational-use license after the program ends. There is no limit on the number of original research products or updates included when they are published. Publication frequency, scientific findings and monetary value are not promised. If ownership of Jasmonate.com changes, we will give reasonable notice through the site and available purchase contact information where practicable.

Delivery and access

Your purchase receipt immediately provides the current inventory ZIP and a private license key. Restore the web inventory with that key and the matching receipt email. Keys are personal: do not publish, share or resell them. Membership verification checks the product, email and purchase status. Sessions last up to 30 days and can be reopened with the same valid receipt. New downloads need an internet connection. If the web verification service is unavailable, the current receipt download remains your fallback.

Check the overlap before buying

This inventory includes existing bundles and their individual assets. The Garden Evidence Kit already contains several core files found in standalone products. If you own those products, the current files are duplicates; choose this offer only if inventory access and future additions suit you. Individual purchases do not automatically become lifetime membership. No unadvertised upgrade credit is promised. Existing valid purchasers keep their accepted access without being charged a new cohort price or upgrade fee. The legacy $19.99 Grower Pass remains a separate offer with its own accepted scope; it is not relabeled as this Lifetime Research Desk.

iPhone, iPad and Apple distribution

The current /app route is the free web research desk. Loaded public pages and tools can work offline; browser storage may be cleared by the device. The native iOS application is coming soon, with production development deferred pending October traction and the $10,000 community support goal. Our intent is a free native app with no subscription or paid feature unlocks if funded, tested and approved. No contribution or membership will be required for that planned app. Future app editions may overlap today’s paid learning files. This purchase provides current downloadable files and web inventory access, not an iOS release, release date or Apple approval. Read the roadmap and campaign terms.

Refunds and consumer rights

Request a refund within 30 days by replying through your purchase receipt or contacting info@jerseypublishers.com. Include the receipt reference, not payment credentials. Refunded, disputed or chargebacked purchases lose future member download access. Mandatory consumer rights remain available and override any conflicting term. No term excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

License and educational scope

Use downloaded paid files personally or internally for your own educational reading and records. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or use the files to create a competing paid inventory. Third-party papers and source data retain their own rights. The public compound downloads identify their scientific sources. These products do not establish crop outcomes, cancer prevention, human safety or clinical benefit, and do not provide dosing or treatment instructions. You are responsible for decisions you make using educational information, subject to applicable law and the consumer rights stated above.

The privacy notice explains receipt verification, encrypted access records, essential session storage and private downloads. We do not infer a diagnosis from your reading choices.
