October newsletter gift terms

Who can claim

The offer is for adults 18 or older who submit a genuine newsletter request at Jasmonate.com by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026. When confirmation becomes available, confirm control of the address within 90 days of the original request. Eligibility uses the original saved request time, even if confirmation happens after October 31. Choose one eligible product after confirmation.

One gift per person. Using additional email addresses does not create another entitlement. A previously verified subscriber is eligible only if they have not already received this Jasmonate signup gift. Our system prevents another claim against the same verified normalized email address; that is not a guarantee of perfect identity or fraud detection.

Your choice

The nine eligible products are listed below. After email confirmation, choose one complete delivered edition during redemption. Once redeemed, the choice cannot be changed or used for another gift. The Garden Evidence Kit contains some of the products offered separately; check the overlap before choosing. The two cancer-reading products are separate from the garden bundle. Support the Page is excluded because its thank-you PDF already has a $0 option.

The offer supplies one chosen digital product, not nine products, credit, cash, a subscription, an accredited qualification, a physical item or a promise of future upgrades. The normal product license and educational limits apply.

Confirmation and redemption

Today, the form saves your email request and consent choices only. Confirmation messages and redemption codes are not being sent, and no launch date has been set. You cannot confirm, choose a gift or redeem it until that service is available. A pending request does not authorize newsletter marketing before confirmation.

When confirmation starts, its link is valid for 72 hours. Confirmation must still finish within 90 days after the original request. Requesting another link does not extend that deadline. After confirmation, your promotional gift redemption is available for 30 days. The exact expiration date and time will appear with the redemption code or link. Choose one eligible product during that period.

The gift cannot be redeemed before confirmation, combined for extra products or exchanged for a cash balance. No redemption fee or purchase is required. Check that the gift charge is zero before completing redemption. Once one product has been redeemed, your entitlement is used. For a delivery problem, contact info@jerseypublishers.com with the signup address; do not send card details. Download and keep a backup of delivered files.

You control the subscription

The separate affirmative request asks to receive the Jasmonate newsletter from Jersey Publishers about science, research reading, new articles and occasional product offers. It remains pending until email confirmation. The Privacy notice explains the use and retention of request and gift records.

You may withdraw a pending request or unsubscribe after confirmation. You do not have to remain subscribed to keep an earned gift entitlement or downloaded product. Buying later is optional. A product purchase does not enroll you.

Offer integrity and your rights

We may reject a duplicate, automated or fraudulent claim under the stated one-per-person rule, while allowing a genuine eligible user to contact us about an error. We will not retroactively change the published conditions for an eligible completed signup. Any correction or later offer will have its own terms.

Free educational downloads do not establish a clinical benefit, charity affiliation or tax-deductible contribution. No laboratory research allocation is promised. Your protected consumer and privacy rights remain intact. No review, endorsement, public post or social sharing is required.
